    Ackman Oxman Institute, or AOI, is a planned New York brain research, treatment and rehabilitation institute announced in August 2026 by Bill Ackman and Neri Oxman. It is anchored by a roughly $400 million donation of Pershing Square stock. Ackman said its goal is to build the world's greatest brain research, rehabilitation, recovery, human optimization and longevity institute.
