Sourcing

Claims about nonprofit finances are sourced from IRS Form 990 filings, ProPublica Nonprofit Explorer, or Candid. On-chain claims are sourced from public block explorers with transaction hashes linked when relevant.

Conflicts of interest

When we cover a project, organization, or person with financial ties to WYDE, the $EAT token, or contributing staff, we disclose the relationship in the article. Coverage of WYDE ecosystem entities is clearly labeled.

Editorial independence

Newsletter sponsorships and ecosystem partnerships do not influence editorial coverage. Sponsored content is labeled distinctly from reported journalism.

Anonymous sources

We grant anonymity only when sources face credible professional or legal risk and the information cannot be obtained on the record. Anonymous claims are corroborated with documents or additional sources before publication.
